Income vs Expenditure in AP

Very Very Interesting chart.. It'll be interesting to see district wise split up.
Rayalaseema is getting more than their fair share and I bet it is all getting into the pockets of the contracters cum factionists with little benefit to the people. These are 2006 figures.
