Torture.. hmmm!!

I won't go into technicalities of what is considered as torture. Based on the time and space given to this, you'd think US is torturing detainees on a large scale. But it seems they have done this to all of 'three' people. Very prominent and high profile suspects. They are not even POWs of a military conflict and do not belong to or owned by any country to apply the treaties from Geneva conventions (knowledge from Wikipedia ;)).

Trying to prosecute people trying to protect the country while the country is still waging wars that kill, injure for life, displace and scar millions of innocent people can only be the highest form of hypocrisies.
